Management Options

It is not necessary to print reports, send them to reporting authorities, who then collect them, sent them again and the receiver repeats the process. Our "manager" reporting system allows reporting authorities to collect CO's, managers, and even managers of managers of managers endlessly such that the entire chain of reporting command can view their portion of the instant situation in real time.[ example ]

CO reporting issues that can help the CO

The "value engineering" and organizational intent of the VECP reports are not paperwork, proving a political point, or justifying existence. It is helping all concerned get the most for there dollar, yen, etc. The management options helps the higher ups and CO know the overall performance. However, it is the VECP Summary that allows the person "in the trenches" manage and ensure their part of the program is working.
