An official declaration is required by the CO about six key issues. Use of our systems should ensure that all have been addressed, and while these should have been answered indirectly, it is still required of the CO that they declare these key issues.

If you do not enter the declaration step (making no declaration at all) or answer in a way that is considered in error, our system will still allow you to approve the VECP. However, it will warn you often enough that you should be well informed of the issue.
