Financial issues

Money, money, money, it all comes down to the money. While the VECP request document only requests the summaries, you will need to have supporting figures behind your cost analysis and may be requested to produce it.

Our system requests the summary information, calculates the key fields, and informs if an amount appears a little odd. The financial calculation section has the defaults of the standard clauses. However, it is flexible and allows the user to change them in the event their clause uses amounts that are unusual. We do not recommend changing them unless you are sure, and the contractor has the option of correcting them on their side too.

Due to the size of this section, no screen shot is given in this document. We recommend you generate a VECP using the system to learn this feature.
